He married Sheela O'Kelly in Galaway Co., IRE, about 1580. Sheela was born in of, Clonfort, Galaway Co., IRE about 1560. Sheela was the daughter of Thomas O'Kelly. Sheela died in Clonfort, Galaway Co., IRE.

Kyras Tully and Sheela O'Kelly had the following children:
