Chiles Rice1 c. long grain rice, cooked 1/2 lb. Jack cheese, melted in hot rice 1/2 tsp. salt 2 c. sour cream 1 c. green chiles, chopped 1/2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese ( on top ) paprika for color Cook in greased 1 1/2 quart casserole at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. If you like add chopped ham or cooked chicken for a main dish.
