OUR CHARGE IS PRIVATELY LOCATED IN OUR 2 CAR GARAGE. THERE IS A $64 SUR-CHARGE PER CAR.

No Smoking allowed in home.
1 Dog allowed up to 45 pounds & breed must be approved by owners due to insurance purposes.
$150 Pet Rent added to base rental rate, $100 Refundable pet damage deposit required.
No Pets allowed at the Wildlife Refuge and beach.
50% of the rental rate is required when reservation is made.
The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Please bring your own sheets ( 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twin), towels, hand towels and washcloths - or you may rent them for a fee of $60.
