First Kids themed bedroom with two twin beds, hiding cubby under steps to top bed, car track rug and a rock climbing wall.

Second Kids themed bedroom with trundle bed of two twin mattresses and an adorable pink play fort.

A shared hallway, nautical theme full bathroom for these bedrooms and community rooms.

Living room offers TV and rear screened porch access. Screened porch leads to the open deck and views of the ponies.

The deck has gas grill, dining table, and both have seating.

Full kitchen with bar top seating includes everything you need for indoor or outdoor cooking. Laundry area tucked to the side.

Coffee Lover? Then this house is for you. Coffee bar contains pot coffee maker, espresso/latte machine, tea pot machine,

K-Cup coffee maker, coffee bean grinder, and a french press! For adult beverages, there is even a wine fridge.

Spacious dining room features table for 6 people and access door to the rear open deck.

Nestled in an abundance of Pine trees on a .70 ac parcel yet only .09 miles to the Town Marina,
