The Tree House and Casita have been expanded and renovated from top to bottom!

Fantastic location on Piney Island – you cannot get closer to the beach!

This 4-season house – the tallest on Chincoteague Island – boasts sleeping for 15 people as

well as several communal spaces, including three heated, screened-in porches, four decks --

the top two offering panoramic views of Assateague Channel and the iconic lighthouse -- and

two indoor family rooms. The adjacent lot includes a basketball court, a smokeless firepit and

ample room for outdoor games. Here also sits the 800-square foot “Casita,” with its own full bath,

kitchenette with a wet bar, dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave, television area, as well as pool, ping pong and foosball tables!

First Floor Features:

The mudroom where you can leave your towels, sandy shoes and call the elevator, which

provides access up to the fourth level, great for taking up groceries, luggage, and people!

The second-floor sleeps 9+ and features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms:

The Blue Room has a queen bed and a single-over-single bunk bed with direct access to the deck;

The Yellow Room has a queen bed and a single bed;

The Green Room – adjoining the Yellow Room with a pocket door -- has a full-sized bed (as

well as a fold-away single bed) with direct access to the heated, screened-in porch

The heated, screened-in porch has a hammock and swing chair, as well as an outdoor deck

with great conversation table and chairs; and

Two full baths, a laundry room with a washer and dryer and a desk in the hallway.

The third floor is where everybody meets:

Living and dining rooms with gorgeous water views;

Renovated kitchen with a separate beverage refrigerator, dishwasher and oven/stove;

Large flat screen television;

Half bath;

Heated, screened-in porch with large dining table;

Outdoor deck with a railing bar top and gas grill.

The fourth-floor sleeps 6+ and features two more bedrooms:

The Pine Room features a king-sized bed and a home office (with a fold-away bed);

The Red Room has a full bed with a twin trundle and another twin bed to sleep four.

Full bathroom includes a steam shower and a separate jacuzzi tub;

Private screened in porch with hammock and spectacular views of Assateague Channel and the

iconic lighthouse.

The Tower Room is the exclamation point!

More than 40 feet high, the Tower Room offers the two highest decks on the island, providing

panoramic views of Piney Island, Assateague Island, Wallops Island and Assateague Channel;

Built-in seating, a mattress nook, and a television.

The Casita has been expanded and renovated:

A kitchenette including a wet bar, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave.

A full bathroom with a shower,

TV room with comfy sofas;

Full pool table, ping pong and fooseball.
