The will of Levi Rodgers: The will reads "I Levi Rodgers of the County of Accomack and Parish of Saint George do hereby make this my last Will and Testament in the manner & form followeth that is to say 1st I give my beloved wife Euphamey my riding chair & harness and her first choice of horses one good bed & bolster, one bedsted matt and cord, one pair sheets, two blankets one counterpane exclusively of what the law of the State of Virginia will allow her out of my Estate. 2ndly I give to my daughter, Elizabeth P. Rodgers the land where I now reside containing one hundred and sixty acres be the same more or less during her natural life and if she should have lawful issue and such issue should live to the age of twenty one years or such issue should have a lawful issue then to such issue forever otherwise to be equally between my surviving children to them and their heirs or assigns forever. Also I give to said Elizabeth P. Rodgers one negro man named Amos, one negro man named Toni, one negro girl named Dose, one looking glass with a walnut frame, four silver spoons marked thus H. E. The will of Elizabeth Parker Rodgers Boggs: Her will reads "In the name of God amen I Elizabeth P. Boggs my tract of land containing one hundred and sixty acres it being the land devised to me my father Levi Rodgers on condition that they shall pay to my three daughters viz Sally S. Joynes, the wife of Elias D. Joynes, Elizabeth M. Bayly, the wife of Thomas Bayly, and Georgianna C. Smith, the wife of James Smith each the sum of five hundred and sixty dollars, and if they take the said land I do hereby charge the same with the payment of the said several sums to my three daughters - I mean that my two sons Levi and James together shall pay to my three daughters the said sum of five hundred and sixty dollars as above desired. Item Second: I give to my son James A. M. Boggs my riding carriage. Item Third: The residue of my estate to be equally divided amongst all my children viz Levi R., James A. M. Sally S. Williams the following real and personal estate Viz. a certain tract or parcel of land situated in the said County, containing by estimation Fifty acres, be the same more or less & bounded as follows: On the South & Southwest by the lands of Joseph Gunter; On the Northeast & West by the lands of Charles Belote; On the South & Southwest by the heirs of Thomas Stringer, decd., together with all the rights, privleges and appurtenances unto the same belonging or in any wise appertaining; also all the right, title, interest & estate of the said John B. Warrington & Elizabeth his wife or either of them as well at law as in equity of in and to the real & personal estate of a certain William S. Watson, decd, including all the real & personal estate of every kind & description of which the said William S. Warrington has since the date of the said Deed become indebted to the said Robert W. Scarbugh the following real and personal estate, Viz: the right, title, interest & estate of the said John B. Watson died seized & possessed & the rents, profits & increase of said estate, since said William S. Watson's death also a claim, in which said Warrington is entitled in right of his said wife, against the estate of the said Watson, for money due by said Watson in his lifetime to said Elizabeth Warrington & her brothers and sisters; also two beds, one bedstead, mat. & cord, two pair of blankets, three counterpanes, two pair of sheets, two pillow cases & one hundred & eight pounds of pork; Now therefore the said Robert W. Williams for and in consideration of the sum of One dollar to him in hand paid by the said John B.
